An opportunity for Primary teachers and English leaders in Hampshire to attend a free virtual training session led by colleagues from EMTAS and the HIAS English Team. The session will focus on supporting learners of EAL in the context of the English lesson and will explore how teachers can plan each stage of the English learning journey with learners of EAL in mind, introducing possible teaching strategies and using practical examples. There will also be the possibility of a follow-up visit (dependent on capacity) to support the implementation of approaches.
