This project is for all schools looking to build expertise and improve provision for struggling readers across the school. Led jointly by Jo Kenyon (Inspector/Adviser for English, HIAS) and Jacqui Moller-Butcher (Assistant Headteacher, Alderwood Senior School), the project provides monthly training and support to develop your school’s reading programme at a manageable pace.

There will be a webinar once a month across the academic year 2026-27, with the launch meeting on 22 September 2026.
