A multi-session course to support schools in their development of oracy and spoken language as key pedagogical approaches to teaching and learning with a focus on core subjects. The course comprises three face-to-face training sessions across the autumn and spring term.
Participating schools will be supported to:
- audit their current use of spoken language and oracy
- develop a strategic implementation plan for spoken language and oracy
- identify a progression of skills for spoken language EYFS-Year 6
- plan and deliver whole school CPD using materials provided.
