From the academic year 2023-2024 onwards, end of KS1 assessments have been non-statutory; this link takes you to resources from the STA that provides guidance for schools on optional teacher assessment.
The Phonics Screening Check in Year 1 (and for pupils in Year 2 who did not pass the check in Year 1) remains statutory, and these links take you to key guidance for schools on administering the check.
